This terroir was chosen for its ideal characteristics to achieve grapes with potential. Its height (900 meters above sea level), climate, its virgin soil, the absence of nearby crops and its intact biodiversity make this a unique place for its health, which allows the elaboration of a healthy and very fruity wine.
With Organic and Biodynamic methods the vineyard management is carried out.
Las Jarillas has 3,500 Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec plants, which are personally cared for throughout the year. The small winery has the most modern equipment to guarantee all the natural properties of the vine.
