Wines: History, Knowledge, Essence and Love help us making our wines from the best selected grapes in our vineyards.

• Montereggio di Massa Marittima: A recently established DOC the Monteregio di Massa Marittima has centuries of traditions in growing grapes. Centred around the medieval town of Massa Marittima, the area is only few miles away from the enchanting coasts of Maremma creating a unique terroir for growing grapes. Sangiovese, the main grape variety, here assume more round and sweet notes than anywhere else contributing to the production of perfectly balanced wines with a strong character.

Wine Tasting: This eclectic wine experience is a full day wine lovers dream . You will be having different Wine Tutors at your total disposal for the whole day and you will be taught which are the world’s finest grape varieties and the different styles produced in the major regions of the world. Tuscany and its wines will be then covered in depth during seminars in the field.

We will start the day off with a Prosecco Tasting Breakfast in the winery where you will learn how prosecco is made. We will examine the range of styles from dry to sweet to decide which one is your favourite.

We will then get back to our tasting lounges to cover basic tasting tecniques during a seminar, which will be putting words to wine and try to find out what you like and why.

Lunch in the vineyards will focus on Tuscany as a wine region. Over a simple and honest Tuscan lunch you will get to enjoy wine from Tuscany with bottles from: Monteregio, Chianti, and Maremma.

In the afternoon, after a well deserved break, we will resume our day by looking at the Italian wine industry with its extensive range of wine varieties and its sheer number of viticultural regions and wine styles. Profiles of the main grape varieties, some of the factors that make one wine taste different from another, plus some simple guidelines for food and wine matching, will also be in focus.

Dinner will start with a Champagne aperitivo to be followed by a what many consider to be the yardstick for Italian wines. A selection of Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo and Amarone will be served during a specially matched Italian menu designed to perfectly complement the wines on show.

Wine Bar: The Wine Bar is the result of the desire and commitment of the owners, Sarah and Manfredo, to create an environment where people could share a unique experience with friends enanched by fine wines in a beautiful, warm and comfortable ambience.

Our wine list is a representation of the main varietals from the most important wine-producing regions not only of Italy.

You have a wide choice of wine by the glass, including our owns.
You can have a glass of wine and a “little something,” or you can dine at a table or relax and lounge in one of several areas inside or outside on a couch or comfy chair very much like your own living room.

Monteregio You wil taste our wine and a selection of three local producers.

Maremma A comparative tasting of four of the best Maremma IGT wines from the region.

Bolgheri Four famous bolgheri producers will be competing head to head to get your final verdict.

Brunello 2001 a cult vintage for Brunello will be explored tasting four of the main producers.
