Located in the heart of the Uco Valley, surrounded by some of Gualtallary’s most important vineyards and set at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, the restaurant is part of a rural wine hotel immersed in nature, just 8 km from Tupungato and 85 km from the city of Mendoza.
The restaurant offers a formal lunchtime service every day, making it an excellent stop while exploring the region’s wineries—even for non-guests. The menu follows a seasonal, farm-to-table concept, with vegetables sourced from the property’s own garden. Lunch is served as a set menu, beginning with a tasting of starters, followed by a choice of main course—typically beef, lamb, pink salmon, or handmade stuffed pasta—and ending with a tasting-style dessert that combines multiple flavors and textures. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available, and all pastas and breads are prepared by hand in-house.
Dinner service is à la carte and reserved exclusively for hotel guests, offering a quieter, more intimate experience. With its serene vineyard setting, attentive service, and a notably well-curated selection of regional wines, the restaurant delivers a memorable gourmet experience that reflects the essence of Mendoza’s wine country.
