Durius River Cafe in Hacienda Abascal is the first establishment
of Chef Sergi Arola at the Haciendas de España.
The new restaurant format consists of two spaces, one inside the
building and the second at the rooftop outdoor crowns the
building of stone cutting edge. Only a dozen tables spread over
two spaces, are responsible for displaying the menu that staff
personally instructed by Arola, has prepared for the diner.
